A retail client was being inundated with data generated from their various processes - payments and asset management, online sales, order management, services such as credit card gateways and mobile shopping. The data was just being redundant as there was no clear compilation or visualization. The customer had unique challenges and hence did not want to employ any proprietary data visualization tools.
After a deep dive into understanding client requirements, we built a unique and customized data depository and visualization solution tool that helped pull customer insights and build a customer journey using data sales overview, sales trends, localization sales specific to stores and region and customer activity.
Meaningful and actionable insights from data visualization enabled client to devise better customer engagement programs that in turn increased sales.
